Traffic Fines and Driving Licenses suspended at Rally!

As I know a rally is always about speed and driving skills. But I was wrong. A rally in Bacau, Romania was different tanks to local police.

The day before the rally start, the police stooped the traffic but in the day of the rally the police decide that no need to stop the traffic again. So, the rally drivers were forced to drive through the city together with normal auto drivers. Moreover, the local policemen stop the rally drivers because of speed (!!!) and overcome the continuous line… So, the policemen were busy to apply fines and suspend driving licenses of rally drivers…

Crazy rally, indeed!
